Never needed an attorney before but got into a situation where I needed one, so Kirk came highly recommended. So I called and spoke to Angela, who was very polite and professional. She put Kirk on the phone, I explained everything to him, and he quoted me a very good price. He's not like most law firms that have one price. He bases it on the situation, so we set up a free consultation. He is very pleasant and professional. He lets you ask as many questions as you need. He doesn't rush you, and he did exactly what he said he was gonna do with my case! He was spot on, and he tells you you can call and ask to speak to him anytime, and unless he is in court he will pick up. If not, he gets back to you that day or the next. I could go on and on about how good he is, but in closing, you need a great no-nonsense attorney who gets the job done, then Kirk is your man. Trust me! Thanks, Kirk and Angela.

I'm from out of town and had a bad experience with a hotel and a police officer in Surfside Beach. I was arrested for trespass and spent almost 24 hours in the Horry County Detention Center. Once arriving back home, I was fortunate enough to select Kirk Truslow from a Google search, and it turned out to be the right choice. Kirk is a great lawyer. He was very informative about the process of my case. It’s very helpful for someone that has no clue about laws. I was charged with a crime that was false. I met with a couple of lawyers before Kirk and they were all telling me it would cost $25,000 to get the case done. Kirk looked at all the evidence and did it for a lot less. He got the prosecutor to look at the evidence and see that the cops messed up and charged the wrong person. The prosecutor then dismissed the charge.

Kirk Truslow and Staff were amazing. I’ve had to deal with several attorneys this past year and Kirk was the only one to back up his words with results. I met with Kirk; he was very attentive. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and completely understand my situation. He explained his path and intent to resolve my issues. The results were exactly as he explained and expected. After dealing with five attorneys, he was the only one that I felt was truly sympathetic to my situation and wasn’t just concerned about money. When researching attorneys, I was pleasantly surprised to discover he was also board-certified. His years of experience in practicing law seem to have also allowed him a network and relationships with law enforcement and the court system that respect his opinion and deem his input credible.
